Job summary

PT PERKAKAS SUMBER KARYA is seeking an Accounting professional in Jakarta to manage and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions from document verification to monthly and year-end closings. The role requires strengthening internal controls and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate holds at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting, has 1 year of experience in one company, and can operate Excel with advanced formulas.

Qualifications

• A degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly/year-end closings.

Responsibilities

• Verify transaction documents and record journal entries.
• Perform account reconciliations and monthly/year-end closings.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties.
• Assist with stock opname, cash opname, and asset opname.
• Prepare audit documents and supporting information.

Key responsibilities

Manage and ensure accounting recording processes run accurately and on time, from transaction document verification, journal entry recording, account reconciliation, to monthly closing and year-end closing processes

Responsible for all financial transaction recording in accordance with company policy, Financial Accounting Standards (SAK), and applicable tax regulations

Coordinate with internal and external parties

Manage and coordinate the implementation of stock opname, cash opname, and asset opname

Prepare documents, data, and supporting information required for internal and external audit implementation

About you

Minimum S1 education in Accounting

Minimum 1 year experience as Accounting in one company

Able to operate Microsoft Office, especially Excel with deep knowledge of functions/formulas

Understand and able to operate accounting systems

Experience working on export-import company bookkeeping is preferred
