Job summary

PT. LIFETIME DESIGN, an integrated interior design company, seeks an Accountant in Jakarta Selatan to manage the complete accounting cycle, document control, and regulatory compliance.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and consolidation where needed. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting and at least 2 years of related experience, PSAK and tax knowledge, and proficiency with Accurate and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 2 years of working experience in the related field or Public Accounting Firm.
• Knowledge of PSAK and tax regulations; practical experience preferred.
• Familiar with the full accounting cycle: journal entries, closing, reporting, and analysis.
• Familiar with consolidation processes.
• Proficient with Accurate; other accounting software is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and multi-task in a challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all client documents are complete and properly archived.
• Issue, send, and collect documents as needed.
• Archive documents accurately and completely in the system.
• Upload all documents to the system.
• Research new PSAK/IFRS standards and other compliance regulations.
• Collaborate with other divisions to deliver maximum client service.

Have 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field or Public Accounting Firm.

Having good knowledge of related financial accounting principles (PSAK) also tax regulation and often involved in practical experience;

Familiar with complete accounting cycle, starting from daily operational journal entries, financial closing procedures, financial reporting and analysis;

Familiar with consolidation;

Familiar with Accurate. Other accounting software is a plus.

Familiar with Microsoft Office package

Strong interpersonal and communication skill;

Able to work in deadline pressure;

Able to work in multi-tasking and challenging environment;

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensuring All Client Complete Documents

Issuing Documents, Sending Documents & Ensuring Documents are needed back

Ensure all documents are archived properly and completely

Upload all documents to system

Research new implementation of standards both PSAK and IFRS and other compliance regulations

Collaborate with other divisions to provide maximum service to the clients.
