Job summary

ACCOUNTING STAFF (AC)

General Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or a related field is preferred.
• Honest, Disciplined, Responsible, Proactive, Professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong analytical, accountable and problem solving skills.
• Willingness to be placed in Surabaya, East java.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Technical Requirements

• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of Indonesian taxation and applicable tax regulations is preferred.
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, general ledgers, and supporting documents.
• Ability to prepare financial reports and perform account reconciliations accurately and on time.
• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions.
• Prepare account reconciliation and assist with monthly closing.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized financial documentation.
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
