Job summary

Accesstech Engineering seeks an experienced Accountant at executive level to manage full accounting operations in accordance with PSAK 34. You will oversee AP/AR, payroll taxes, and monthly reporting to HQ, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting/finance, BREVET A/B, and strong English/Bahasa Indonesia communication. ERP experience is a plus, with attention to detail and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar qualification.
• At least 5 years of working experience in accounting and finance with knowledge of local regulations and PSAK 34.
• BREVET A and B qualifications are required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related MS tools.
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain full set of accounts in accordance to PSAK 34.
• Oversee accounts payable & accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare monthly reporting submissions to Revenue Department and withhold tax certificates to suppliers.
• Check and prepare payroll payments including PIT and Social Security contributions.
• Prepare monthly operating expenses cashflow forecast to HQ and monthly PPN report.

Job description

An Accountant position at Executive Level responsible for managing full accounting operations in accordance with PSAK 34, including accounts payable and receivable functions, financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory submissions.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and maintain full set of accounts in accordance to PSAK 34

Oversee all accounts payable & accounts receivable functions

Prepare monthly reporting submission to Revenue Department & prepare Withholding Tax Certificate to suppliers

Check and prepare payments for payroll (including Personal Income Tax and Social Security contributions calculations)

Prepare monthly operating expenses cashflow forecast to HQ

Prepare monthly PPN report and submission

Update and manage fixed assets register

Perform month-end close activities, monthly bank reconciliation & reporting, strictly adhering to HQ reporting deadlines

About you

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar qualification

At least 5 years of working experience in accounting and finance, with good knowledge of local accounting regulations & procedures and exposure to Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards

At least BREVET A and B qualifications are a requirement

At least Intermediate proficient level of Microsoft Skills (including Excel)

Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

Experience with ERP accounting software will be an advantage

High level of personal responsibility and can work independently

Detail-oriented, efficient, organized, a problem-solver

Able to perform under work pressure and deadline
