The ideal person has at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting, 1 year of experience, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and a disciplined, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Accounting staff.
• Understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Understanding of debit, credit, journal, AP, AR, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

Aufgaben

• Record and input company financial transactions routinely and accurately
• Verify completeness and accuracy of transaction documents (invoices, notes, receipts, purchase orders, and payment proofs)
• Record company income and expense transactions
• Create and perform bank reconciliation checks
• Record and monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Assist with monthly financial statement closing processes
• Prepare financial reports and supporting reports required by management
• Check petty cash and ensure fund usage complies with company regulations
• Review outlet transactions and ensure alignment with sales reports
• Organize and systematically archive accounting documents
