Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of taxation and experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) is a plus.
• Honest, responsible, and solution-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Check the completeness of the documents received.
• Record daily journal entries for invoices received from vendors.
• Perform reconciliation of the ledgers prepared.
• Submit payment documents to the Head Office.
