Job summary

PT Communication Cable Systems Indonesia Tbk. is seeking an accounting professional to ensure document completeness, record daily vendor invoices, reconcile ledgers, and submit payment documents to the Head Office in Cilegon.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and at least 1 year of related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office is essential, with taxation knowledge and Dynamics AX experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1 year of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of taxation; experience with Dynamics AX is a plus.
• Honest, responsible, and solution‑oriented.
• Disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Willing to be placed in Cilegon.

Responsibilities

• Check the completeness of the documents received.
• Record daily journal entries for invoices received from vendors.
• Perform reconciliation of the ledgers prepared.
• Submit payment documents to the Head Office.
