Job summary

PT Hero Retail Nusantara is seeking a diligent General Ledger & Fixed Asset Specialist to join our Jakarta team. You will record daily financial transactions, manage asset recording and depreciation, and reconcile accounts in line with Indonesian PSAK and company policies.

You will also oversee asset insurance, monitor leases under PSAK 73, prepare FA registers, and coordinate audits. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and 1–3 years of relevant experience are required;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of work experience in General Ledger / Fixed Asset / Insurance.
• Knowledge of PSAK and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Record and monitor daily financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
• Prepare general journals, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure the completeness of supporting documents for both internal and external audits.
• Manage recording, control, and reporting of fixed assets (buildings, vehicles, store equipment, cooling machines, etc.).
• Manage lease recording and schedules in compliance with PSAK 73.
• Input data for new assets, transfers, disposals, and calculate asset depreciation.
• Prepare FA Register reports and asset book value analysis.
• Manage the company’s insurance policies for assets, vehicles, stores, warehouses, and employees.
• Handle insurance claims (damage, loss, work accidents, etc.) until settlement.
• Act as the company’s liaison with insurance providers.
• Prepare policy & claim status reports, as well as conduct risk analysis for additional protection needs.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field
• Willing to place in Permata Hijau, South Jakarta
• 1–3 years of work experience in General Ledger / Fixed Asset / Insurance, preferably from the retail or FMCG industry
• Knowledge of PSAK, financial reporting processes, and fixed asset recording & depreciation
• Understanding of various insurance policies and claim procedures
• Proficient in accounting software & Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, with strong administrative & documentation skills
• Strong communication & negotiation skills, able to work under tight deadlines
• Willing to conduct store/warehouse visits for asset inspections when required
