Qualifications

• Speak fluently and write effectively in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Eagerness to learn in a software company.
• Highly-detail oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
• Experience: Min 1 year in similar environment.
• Have experience in using AI (need to specify during the interview).

Responsibilities

• Perform book-keeping and other accounting operations
• Perform administrative duties, create journal voucher, generate PO and invoice
• Perform accounting process simulation on Accounting Software
• Conduct ' process testing ' on Accounting Software
• Fulfil and update assigned task every day
