PT Central Mega Kencana is seeking an Accounting Reporting & Consolidation Manager to lead the preparation of group financial reports and consolidation across entities. You will ensure accuracy, apply IFRS/PSAK standards, and drive improvements in reporting processes.

The role requires at least 5 years in a managerial accounting position, strong analytical skills, and leadership to develop the finance team. Jakarta Selatan office-based position with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

• Coordinate annual external audits and ensure timely submission of supporting documentation.
• Identify control weaknesses and fraud risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Support ISO 9001:2015 implementation and coach team members.

Accounting Reporting & Consolidation Manager

Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial and management reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, group consolidation, PSAK, IFRS, and taxation.

Proven ability to analyse costs, financial performance, and budget variances.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills.

Effective leadership and time management skills, with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and integrity.
