Responsibilities:

• Field work and visiting customers to give reminder, offer solution and negotiate the arrears repayment without sacrificing the image of the Bank as well as ensuring that all prescribed guidelines are conscientiously followed.
• Engage and support customers through a period of financial difficulty to negotiate mutually beneficial, positive, and sustainable agreements that are in the best interest of the bank and our customers.
• Deliver a professional service that helps customers solve problems, creating a favorable opinion of the organization and an increased willingness to repay commitments.
• Adherence to all regulatory requirements and Collections Operations policies and procedures.
