Job summary

PT Scada Prima Cipta (SPC) is seeking an Accounting Officer to join our Bandung finance team. You will manage transaction recording, reconcile accounts, and help prepare accurate financial reports in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, at least one year of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or a similar position.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Accurate or similar accounting applications.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards applicable in Indonesia.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and adaptability skills.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor accounting processes, including transaction recording, account reconciliation, and preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Perform regular bank, account, and financial reconciliations and investigate discrepancies when necessary.
• Maintain and organize financial documents, transaction records, and accounting archives properly.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and supporting financial reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties regarding accounting and financial matters.
• Support the audit process by preparing required accounting documents and information.
