Job summary

INTEGRID is seeking a detail-oriented and independent Accounting Officer to join our team in Bali. The role involves recording transactions, maintaining the general ledger, handling payables and receivables, and cash flow analysis.

You will ensure compliance with PSAK/GAAP and Indonesian tax rules, support financial reporting, audits, and internal controls, and maintain accurate, organized records using Jurnal or Xero.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Min 2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation incl. PPh, VAT/PPN, tax reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Jurnal, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Well understanding of PSAK and GAAP.

Job Description:

Recording transactions and maintaining GL on accounting system.

Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Cash flow analysis

Good knowledge of Indonesian taxation, including PPh (Article 21, 23, and 4(2)), VAT/PPN, tax withholding, and monthly/annual tax reporting.

Assisting and participating in financial report, audit and internal controls.

Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Qualifications:

Strong accounting based.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Min 2 years of accounting experience.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Jurnal, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.

Well understanding of PSAK and knowledge of GAAP

Strong analytical, accounting logical, and Indonesia Tax knowledge.
