Job summary

PT Scada Prima Cipta in Bandung is seeking a Tax Specialist to ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and to manage tax calculations and filings.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Taxation or Accounting, has at least one year of relevant experience, and is proficient with tax software such as e-SPT and e-Faktur. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations including PPh and PPN.
• Prepare and manage periodic tax calculations, payments, and returns.
• Prepare and organize tax documents, invoices, and supporting records.
• Coordinate with Tax Account Representatives, consultants, and authorities.
• Monitor tax regulation changes and assess impact on the company.
• Assist in tax audits and reviews and provide required documents.
• Support tax planning initiatives to optimize tax efficiency.

Job description

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in taxation or a similar position.

Proficiency in tax applications and software such as e-SPT, e-Faktur, and other relevant tax platforms.

Experience coordinating with Tax Account Representatives (AR) is preferred.

Brevet A and B certification is an advantage.

Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh, PPN, and other applicable taxes.

Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and adaptability skills.

Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Assist in tax audits, tax reviews, and other tax-related matters by providing the necessary documents and information.

Support tax planning initiatives to ensure tax efficiency while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.
