• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting department, including financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies and procedures.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights and analysis for strategic decisions.
• Manage external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
