Job summary

Finture in Jakarta is seeking a senior Finance professional to lead accounting and financial reporting in line with PSAK and group policies, and to manage tax compliance. You will oversee OJK regulatory reporting, coordinate audits, and drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Collaborate with commercial, risk and product teams while pushing process improvements and automation. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in finance, with 2+ years in consumer finance or financial services,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of finance/accounting experience, including 2+ years in consumer finance, multifinance, digital lending, or financial services.
• Strong hands-on experience with OJK reporting and PSAK.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Big 4 experience and CPA/Brevet certification are strong advantages.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and financial reporting in accordance with PSAK and group policies.
• Manage tax compliance, including PPh and PPN.
• Oversee OJK regulatory reporting and act as the key liaison for regulatory matters.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Partner with commercial, risk, and product teams on financial and business decisions.
• Drive finance process improvements and automation.
