Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking a senior finance professional to oversee financial operations, reporting, and regulatory compliance in the securities sector. You will manage the general ledger, ensure timely journal entries, and coordinate with auditors to maintain robust financial controls.

The role requires 5+ years in finance or accounting, strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS, and proficiency with SAP/Oracle/Accurate and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; Masters degree or CPA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in securities, banking, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of capital market operations, financial instruments, and regulatory reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, good in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with OJK and IDX regulations.
• Maintain general ledger and ensure all journal entries are recorded accurately and on time.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of financial statements in accordance with PSAK and IFRS.
• Monitor cash flow, fund movements, and daily financial transactions, ensuring liquidity for trading and investment operations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis and cost control.
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors, and prepare necessary audit documentation.
• Ensure compliance with taxation, financial reporting standards, and internal control policies.
• Provide financial data and analysis to management to support decision-making.
• Liaise with Operations, Treasury, and Compliance for financial coordination.
• Support continuous improvement in financial systems and reporting processes.
