Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll and GL.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts in line with standards.
• Perform financial analysis and provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Ensure tax compliance and coordinate external audits.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
• Collaborate with departments to refine processes and improve financial performance.
• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively.
