Job summary

Luxehouze is seeking an Accounting Data Entry Intern for a 3-month project in Jakarta. You will input and record transactions, support AP/AR, and assist with reconciliation and data clean-up within a fast-growing luxury marketplace environment.

Ideal candidates are final-year accounting/finance students or fresh graduates with strong Excel/Sheets skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Good Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Willing to work on a 3-month project basis.
• Previous experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, or similar platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Input and record accounting transactions accurately into the accounting system.
• Perform data entry for AP, AR, purchases, sales, expenses, and other accounting transactions.
• Assist in checking and matching transaction data against supporting documents.
• Ensure all accounting data is complete, accurate, and properly recorded.
• Assist with bank and accounting data reconciliation.
• Organize and maintain accounting documents and supporting files.
• Assist the Accounting team with data clean-up and historical transaction updates.
• Identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent data and elevate issues to the Accounting team.
• Support other accounting-related data entry and administrative tasks as required
