Job summary

PT Luxehouze Group Indonesia is seeking an Accounting Data Entry Intern in Jakarta to support our growing accounting team across AP, AR and internal data controls.

You will input transactions, reconcile data with supporting documents, and help organize records for a 3-month project. Final-year students or recent graduates in Accounting are encouraged; experience with QuickBooks, Xero or Zoho is a plus. This role offers practical exposure to corporate finance processes in a fast-paced marketplace.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Willing to work on a 3-month project basis.
• Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, or similar platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Input and record accounting transactions accurately into the accounting system.
• Perform data entry for AP, AR, purchases, sales, expenses, and other accounting transactions.
• Assist in checking and matching transaction data against supporting documents.
• Ensure all accounting data is complete, accurate, and properly recorded.
• Assist with bank and accounting data reconciliation.
• Organize and maintain accounting documents and supporting files.
• Assist the Accounting team with data clean-up and historical transaction updates.
• Identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent data and escalate issues to the Accounting team.
• Support other accounting-related data entry and administrative tasks as required.
