Techconnect.id is seeking a senior accounting and tax leader to manage the finance function for 13 local and 23 offshore entities, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
You will oversee a 5-person team, coordinate audits, and prepare consolidated financial statements for group structures in view of potential bond issuances. Deep Indonesian tax knowledge and strong integrity are essential for success.
Ensure ongoing OJK reporting obligations are met accurately and on schedule, alongside other regulatory reporting requirements.
Review and strengthen accounting policies, tax compliance procedures, and internal controls across entities to support scalable, audit-ready reporting.
Lead and take full ownership of the accounting & tax function across all 13 local entities & 23 offshore entities: ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial and tax reporting.
Directly supervise and develop the current team of 5 (2 Managers, 3 Staff), allocating workload between accounting and tax matters and ensuring neither is neglected.
Drive and project-manage the audit process (including the 10 entities not yet regularly audited), coordinating with external auditors to meet the Kemenkumham requirement for entities with total assets above Rp50 billion.
Lead team to prepare consolidated financial statements for the group structures (e.g. SNKR & AAS) and their respective subsidiaries, in preparation for planned bond issuances.
Act as the main point of contact with external auditors, tax consultants/advisors, and regulators (Kemenkumham, OJK, tax office) on accounting and tax matters.
In-depth, current knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance obligations (corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax, etc.).
High integrity, ownership, and attention to detail; comfortable being held accountable for group-wide compliance.
Resilient and able to perform well under pressure given the volume of entities and the number of concurrent regulatory deadlines.
Hands-on experience leading entities through their first statutory audit or bringing previously unaudited entities into regular audit.
Experience preparing or reviewing consolidated financial statements for multi-tier subsidiary structures.
Exposure to debt capital market/bond issuance reporting requirements is a strong plus.
Familiarity with OJK reporting requirements for issuers is an advantage.
