Job summary

Politeknik Internasional Bali is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team in Bali. In this full-time role, you will manage financial reporting, budgeting and analysis to support school operations.

You will ensure compliance with accounting standards, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with management to provide financial insights. A degree in accounting and at least three years of experience are required, with proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team at Politeknik Internasional Bali. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in the financial reporting and accounting functions of our institution, based in the beautiful city of Bali.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports

Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy of financial data

Support the implementation of internal controls and accounting policies

Collaborate with the management team to provide financial insights and recommendations

Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for
