Job summary

Bali International Polytechnic is seeking an International Admissions & Partnerships Officer to build and manage international student recruitment, partnerships with overseas universities, and mobility programs. You will coordinate events, webinars, and outreach activities, guide applicants through visa and onboarding, and ensure smooth collaboration with campus programs.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–3 years' experience are preferred; experience with international programs and

International Admissions & Partnerships Officer

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field.

Professional certifications or relevant training in international education, student mobility, marketing, project management, or immigration services are an advantage.

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in international student recruitment, international education, student mobility, admissions, business development, marketing, or a related field.

Experience working with international students, overseas universities, recruitment agencies, or educational partners is highly preferred.

Proven experience in managing external partnerships, recruitment pipelines, student engagement, or international programs.

Experience in coordinating events, webinars, roadshows, student orientations, or promotional activities is an advantage.

International Student Services & Mobility

Knowledge of inbound and outbound student mobility, exchange programs, summer schools, dual‑degree programs, or study‑abroad initiatives.

Familiarity with international student onboarding, pre‑departure preparation, orientation, airport transfers, accommodation, and other student support services.

Understanding of visa and immigration processes for international students is highly preferred.

Ability to provide clear guidance regarding students’ legal status, visa extensions, and relevant immigration requirements.
