Qualifications

• Gelar Diploma/D3/D4/S1 di bidang Administrasi Bisnis, Perhotelan, Komunikasi, HR, Pendidikan, atau bidang terkait.

• Pengalaman membangun kemitraan, manajemen pemangku kepentingan, dan hubungan klien.
• Pengalaman bekerja dengan pasar internasional dan lingkungan lintas budaya sangat diutamakan.
• Keterampilan bahasa Inggris yang luar biasa dalam komunikasi, negosiasi, dan jaringan.
• Keterampilan membangun hubungan dan interpersonal dengan kecerdasan emosional yang tinggi.
• Keterampilan organisasional dan manajemen proyek yang kuat, mampu mengelola banyak prioritas dan tenggat waktu.

Job description

Minimum Diploma’s Degree (D3/D4/S1) in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, HR, Education, or related fields.

1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Relations, HR/Talent Acquisition, Career Services, or Hospitality. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proven experience in building partnerships, stakeholder management, and client relations.

Experience working with international markets and cross-cultural environments is highly preferred.

Excellent English communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
