You will prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, analyze financial statements, and manage core accounting functions for diverse clients across Indonesia and Australia.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a GPA of 3.5 or higher, fluent English, strong Excel skills, and experience with major accounting software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with GPA >= 3.5 from a reputable university.
• Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication to interact with international clients.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Experience using accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Accurate, MYOB, Journal platforms preferred).
• Tech-savvy with ability to adapt to new software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports with clear insights into client performance.
• Assist in preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Collaborate to streamline processes, identify efficiencies, and implement solutions.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, providing clear insights into clients’ financial performance.

Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure compliance with regulations.

Handle various accounting roles, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes, identify efficiencies, and implement solutions.

Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualification Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.5 from a reputable university.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills to effectively interact with international clients and colleagues.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.

Previous experience using accounting software (experience with Xero, QuickBooks, Accurate, MYOB, Journal platforms is preferred).

Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.

A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to think creatively and solve problems independently.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of accounting standard PSAK/IFRS.
