Job summary

The role focuses on preparing financial statements, reconciliations, budgeting, tax compliance, and ERP optimization (Odoo, Jurnal.id, Accurate). Accommodation and meals are provided to support a stable work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have financial accounting and reporting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working with ERP systems (Odoo, Jurnal.id, Accurate).
• Proficient with MS Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
• Assist in budget preparation, projections, and company financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Optimize the use of ERP Odoo in the daily accounting system
• Support monthly and annual closing processes
• Manage and ensure compliance with tax obligations based on Brevet A & B
• Collaborate with other teams to provide strategic financial insights and efficiency controls
