Job summary

SERAMBI BUDI PEKERTI in Bali is seeking an experienced accountant to manage daily bookkeeping and accounting using Accurate Online. You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, and record and monitor sales, expenses, payments, and receivables.

You will conduct stock opname and inventory control, handle purchasing records and supplier invoices, assist with taxation, and reconcile cash and other payment transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in F&B.
• Proficient in Accurate Online.
• Good understanding of accounting, taxation, and F&B inventory.
• Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and well-organized.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting using Accurate Online.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Record and monitor sales, expenses, payments, and receivables.
• Conduct and monitor daily stock opname and inventory control.
• Handle purchasing records and supplier invoices.
• Assist with taxation and tax administration.
• Reconcile cash, bank, QRIS, EDC, and other payment transactions.
• Monitor food & beverage costs and support cost control.
• Work closely with management, kitchen, bar, and operations.
