Zusammenfassung

PT. ITL Indonesia Private is seeking a qualified accountant to manage AP and AR postings in ERP, oversee monthly and quarterly closings, and prepare GAAP and IFRS statements. The role requires strong experience with tax regulations, ERP systems, and English communication.

The candidate will assist in audit information, maintain data confidentiality, and support management reports and forecasts. A bachelor’s in accounting and 4+ years of related work experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• S1 Accounting or higher degree required.
• Minimum 4 years related work experience.
• Familiar with local GAAP, IFRS and tax regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office; CORETAX and ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Able to communicate fluently in English.

Jobbeschreibung

· AP Payment posting and AR collection posting in ERP system

· Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

· Reconcile accounts payable, receivable, fixed assets, bank and other subledgers

· Publish local GAAP financial statements in time

· Prepare financial statements based in IFRS

· Assist in preparing information required for tax filing

· Prepare required audition information for external and internal auditors

· Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

· Comply with financial policies and regulations.

· Prepare P&L and B/S analysis to analyse company’s financial health and liquidity

· Support Finance Manager in preparing management reports, budget and forecasts

· Related ERP system modules maintenance

Qualifications

· S1 Accounting or Higher

· At least 4 years’ of related work experiences

· Familiar with local GAAP, IFRS and tax regulations

· Advance users of Ms offices. Good CORETAX and ERP knowledge is a plus.

· Experience in creating financial reports is preferred.

· Able to communicate fluently in English.
