Job summary

A leading hospitality company is seeking an Account Receivable Officer in Jakarta Selatan. This role involves preparing proforma invoices, managing accounts receivable documents, and supporting finance functions. Ideal candidates should have a degree in accounting, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities

• Prepare all the proforma invoices based on the agreements.
• Send all proforma invoices to all units by uploading to the Sentec Billing System.
• Create a Virtual Account number for every new unit that is already operational.
• File AR-related documents such as Management Agreements and License Agreements.
• Ensure the latest agreements received are recorded in the spreadsheet.

About the job Account Receivable Officer

Job Description:

• Prepare all the proforma invoices based on the agreements
• Send all proforma invoices that are correctly made to all units by uploading to the Sentec Billing System
• Create a Virtual Account number for every new unit that is already operational
• Filing and arranging all AR-related documents, such as Management Agreements, License Agreements, Powered by Aston, Addendum, MOU, Letter of Intent, and Share Cost Salary IT Contracts
• Ensure the latest agreements received are recorded in the spreadsheet file
• Update in Google Calendar monthly of all the Auditor’s schedules
• Provide support tasks to every function, especially Finance-related tasks

Qualification:

• S1 in accounting or related
• Fresh-grades are welcome
• Experience in Accounts Receivable is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel

Good communication

Professional English in both speaking and writing
