Beautyhaul (Somethinc) in Jakarta Barat is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to support invoice processing and ensure accuracy across invoices, DOs, and POs. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper withholding tax calculations.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or final semester student, detail-oriented, organized, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Fresh graduates or final semester students from any major (preferably Finance, Accounting, or Business).
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willing to work from our office in West Jakarta (WFO).

Responsabilidades

• Collect hardcopy invoices from vendors and users, and softcopy invoices via email for further processing.
• Review and ensure consistency between Invoice, Delivery Order (DO), Purchase Order (PO), and other supporting documents before submission to the Accounts Payable (AP) team.
• Verify and ensure accurate withholding tax calculations and amounts on all invoices.
• Liaise with internal teams and users to resolve any discrepancies or questions related to POs and invoicing.
