Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced professional to manage client accounts and drive marketing production projects from brief to delivery in Jakarta. You will translate briefs into scopes, budgets, and production plans, and lead sourcing and supplier negotiations to meet cost, quality, and timing targets.

This role requires 8+ years across POSM, marketing production, and related fields, with a strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive efficiency in production processes.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience across POSM, Marketing Production, Trade Marketing, Channel Development, Retail Activation, In-store Visibility, Packaging, Account Management, or a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts and become a trusted partner for marketing production needs.
• Translate briefs into clear scopes, budgets, production plans, and sourcing approaches.
• Lead POSM and marketing production projects from brief through sourcing, production, and delivery.
• Evaluate supplier proposals, lead negotiations, and recommend solutions based on cost, quality, capability, and timing.
• Manage budgets, pricing, margins, forecasts, and scope changes across the portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, supplier performance, specifications, and ways of working.
• Coordinate clients, procurement, suppliers, production teams, and internal stakeholders to keep complex projects moving.
• Challenge requests to achieve objectives with better cost, speed, or quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience across POSM, Marketing Production, Trade Marketing, Channel Development, Retail Activation, In-store Visibility, Packaging, Account Management, or a similar environment
• Strong hands-on understanding of marketing production and physical marketing execution
• Experience managing budgets, costing, pricing, margins, scope, and supplier negotiations
• Comfortable evaluating supplier quotes and making commercially sound recommendations
• Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into improved production solutions
• Ability to manage multiple clients, suppliers, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Practical, organized, and comfortable making decisions when there is not one obvious answer
• Takes ownership from the initial brief through to the final result
