Job summary

Glodon Company Limited is seeking a proactive client-facing sales professional in Jakarta to drive BIM software solutions. You will build and maintain relationships with owners, contractors, and consultants, delivering compelling demonstrations and proposals to close deals.

The role requires Mandarin fluency and a consultative sales approach, with a preference for those with B2B sales experience and BIM/software knowledge. This is an on-site position in Indonesia with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate with clients.
• Strong consultative sales mindset with a client-focused approach.
• Self-driven, proactive and growth-oriented.
• Passion for technology and industry innovation.
• 1+ year of B2B sales experience or Civil Engineering/QS background.
• Experience in construction, BIM or software is advantageous.
