Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and results-oriented attitude.
• A genuine interest in sales and client management.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: Assist Account Managers in providing excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and potentially in-person meetings.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our CRM system.
• Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and opportunities.
• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports on client activity and performance.
• Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the Account Management team.
• Learning & Development: Actively participate in training sessions and seek opportunities to expand your knowledge of our products/services and the industry.
