Job summary

VML in Jakarta is seeking an Account Executive Intern to support our Account Management team. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in account management, client relations, and sales. You will assist with client support, market research, and administrative tasks while learning from experienced professionals.

The internship is designed for individuals pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers in providing excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and potentially in-person meetings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our CRM system.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of reports on client activity and performance.
• Provide general administrative support to the Account Management team.
• Actively participate in training sessions and seek opportunities to expand your knowledge.

About The Role

As an Account Executive Intern, you will work closely with our experienced Account Management team to support the growth and retention of our client base. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the fundamentals of account management, sales, and customer relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: Assist Account Managers in providing excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

Compensation

IDR 2,000,000 per month

Duration

Minimum 3 months with possibility to extend until 6 months
