Job summary

Gameloft is seeking a talented 3D Environment Supervisor to lead the creation of AAA-quality environments and props. You will own production quality, planning, and delivery, while mentoring the team and improving workflows.

You will coordinate with the 3D Lead, Environment Artists, Art Director, and Producers to ensure on-time milestones and high visual fidelity across projects, including collaboration with the Bucharest studio and freelancers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 3D environment teams and delivering AAA-quality assets.
• Strong knowledge of Unreal/Unity engines and asset optimization.
• Ability to plan milestones, manage risk, and ensure reliable delivery.
• Mentor and develop artists, driving team collaboration and growth.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with art, tech, and production.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily environment tasks, priorities, and workloads to hit milestones.

YOUR MISSION

Lead the delivery of AAA-quality, game-ready 3D environments and props from brief through final implementation.Own environment production quality, planning, communication, risk management, and reliable delivery. Develop the environment team through clear direction, review, mentoring, and workflow improvement.

Daily power-ups

• Manage daily tasks, priorities, and workloads to ensure all environment milestones are met on time.
• Review assets against art and technical standards; identify and fix production issues and provide actionable feedback
• Act as the primary liaison between Environment artists, the 3D Lead, and cross-functional teams regarding risks and progress.
• Support team excellence through onboarding, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development

• Keep tasks, quality, and milestones on track.

• Improve delivery predictability and reduce rework.
• Help artists improve their skills and self-management.
• Improve Environment workflows and support the 3D Lead.

Next mission briefing

• 1st Contact : Preliminary call with TA team
• Test: Technical test, it will take 8 day
• Firstinterview: Art Director and 3D lead
