Job summary

Gameloft Indonesia seeks an Environment Coordinator to drive the daily workflow from blockout to final asset, ensuring alignment with pipeline standards.

You will partner with the Environment team, 3D Lead, and artists to monitor progress, review assets, and resolve blockers, while promoting knowledge sharing and on-the-job development.

Qualifications

• Be the day-to-day point of contact for the Environment team and keep tasks moving from blockout to final asset
• Coordinate feedback, track milestones, and ensure assets meet established art and technical standards
• Support artists with production and technical issues, escalating blockers when needed

• Follow up on revisions, blockers, dependencies, and missing information.
• Support artists with production and technical issues, escalating complex matters when needed.
• Coordinate Environment-related feedback with the 3D Lead and other teams.
• Report progress, risks, and quality concerns to the 3D Lead.
• Support knowledge sharing, onboarding, and day-to-day artist development.

YOUR MISSION

Keep the Environment team on track and ensure assets meet the established quality, technical, and delivery standards. Coordinate daily production, support artists, identify blockers early, and keep the 3D Lead informed..
