PT Gameloft Indonesia (Yogyakarta) is seeking an Environment team coordinator to keep pipeline tasks moving from blockout to final asset. You will support artists and ensure delivery standards are upheld, with close collaboration to the 3D Lead and Art Director.

You will manage daily production, identify blockers early, and help level up the team through structured feedback and ongoing skill development.

• Experience with game environment pipelines and asset optimization.

• Review assets against established art and technical standards and provide feedback.
• Follow up on revisions, blockers, dependencies, and missing information.
• Support artists with production and technical issues, escalating complex matters when needed.
• Coordinate Environment-related feedback with the 3D Lead and other teams.
• Report progress, risks, and quality concerns to the 3D Lead.
• Support knowledge sharing, onboarding, and day-to-day artist development.

Keep the Environment team on track and ensure assets meet the established quality, technical, and delivery standards. Coordinate daily production, support artists, identify blockers early, and keep the 3D Lead informed..

Be the day-to-day point of contact for the Environment team, by keeping tasks moving from blockout to final asset, coordinating feedback, and making sure nothing gets stuck in the pipeline.
