Job summary

Gameloft in Yogyakarta is seeking a 3D Environment Supervisor to lead the Environment team, ensuring milestones are met and assets meet quality and technical standards.

You will collaborate with the 3D Lead and international teams to deliver high-quality assets, review work, and mentor the team. The role offers a hybrid work model with opportunities for growth within a global studio.

3D Environment Supervisor

Location: Relocate, Yogyakarta

Contract: Full time, Negotiable

Lead the Environment team, keeping production on track and assets aligned with quality and technical standards. Collaborate closely with the 3D Lead and international game teams to deliver high-quality assets.

Daily power-ups

• Manage daily tasks, priorities, and workloads to ensure all environment milestones are met on time.
• Review assets against art and technical standards; identify and fix production issues and provide actionable feedback
• Act as the primary liaison between Environment artists, the 3D Lead, and cross-functional teams regarding risks and progress.
• Support team excellence through onboarding, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development
