Job summary

Zara Home Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship store with a strong focus on customer experience and sales targets. You will manage daily operations, drive visual standards, and mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will analyze market trends, optimize inventory, and collaborate with regional stakeholders to implement effective commercial actions.

• Sizable store manager experience in retail or related field.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store routines (opening/closing, cash management, stockroom organization, and inventory control).
• Take full accountability for store revenue, KPI targets, and overall profit performance.
• Conduct weekly commercial analyses to evaluate performance trends, inventory movement, and customer demand to define action strategies.
• Ensure store presentation and window displays adhere to image guidelines; collaborate with visual merchandising teams to plan workshops that elevate store aesthetics and maximize sales.
• Regularly evaluate competitor activities and local market trends; share actionable feedback with regional stakeholders and head office product teams.
• Foster employee growth through continuous coaching and structured management training.

• As a Store Manager, you are the in charge of the store. The leader and brand ambassador for the store. Positioned at the intersection of our corporate culture and store operations, you possess deep knowledge of the local market, customer trends, and external business factors. Some of your main responsibilities will be:
