Job summary

Bottega Veneta Hong Kong Ltd is seeking a Store Manager in Hong Kong who will report to the Retail Manager. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive business goals, support day-to-day store operations, CRM activities, loss prevention, HR management and visual merchandising presentation.

The ideal candidate has 8 years in luxury retail, with at least 5 in supervisory or managerial roles, strong leadership, Cantonese/English/Mandarin language skills and a passion for delivering exceptional

We are currently seeking a Store Manager who will report to the Retail Manager as part of our dynamic team in Hong Kong.

Your opportunity

Partner with the Store Manager to achieve business goals. Supports day-to-day running of the store, CRM activities, loss prevention, human resources management and visual merchandising presentation. Acts as a brand ambassador with consistently high standards to enhance sales and motivate store staff to excel.

How you will contribute

• Support the achievement of the Store/Individual Sales Target
• Maximize the business potential of the store and sales by category in line with company strategy
• Mentor, motivate and retain the staff in store, support in building teamwork
• Support staff optimization vs business needs
• The efficient monitor of the CRM tools and client book
• Manage store image and store operations in respect with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures
• Stock Management to ensure availability of merchandise and services
• Support in knowing the competitors
• Contribute to build effective relationships with new and existing customers
• Contribute to deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with company standards

Who you are

• 8 years solid experience in luxury retail sales, which at least 5 years at supervisory or managerial level
• Good understanding of luxury fashion market practices
• Presentable, energetic and with a drive to success
• Excellent management and organizational skills, ability to adapt, strong results orientation
• Strong analytical skills in terms of the numerical sensitivity and competence in the management of budget
• Ability to manage team, coaching skills to train and motivate her/his daily human resources
• Excellent knowledge of local customers and the target market
• Excellent command of Cantonese, English, Mandarin
