Job summary

Zara Hong Kong is seeking a Store Commercial Manager responsible for collecting corporate product guidelines and adapting them to the store. Analyze store performance, plan the correct action strategy, and provide feedback.

Deep product knowledge and awareness of fashion trends are essential to identify assortments that fit the sales period and customer needs. You will lead a capable, ordered team with a passion for fashion.

• Experience in related fashion retail roles with merchandising skills.

• Strong knowledge of current trends and how to position products.

• Fluent in English and Chinese with strong communication and people development.

Job description

We are looking for an Store Commercial Manager, who is responsible for collects the corporate product guidelines and pursues their implementation, adapting them to the reality of the store.

Analyses the performance of the section, using the appropriate analysis tools and planning the correct action strategy. Deep knowledge on the product and its sales potential. Provide appropriate feedback and requests. Knows the trends in the fashion market and identifies products to represent according to the sales period and customer needs. In charge of project management related to special collections may needed. Create commercial strategy, deep knowledge of competitors, able to identify new commercial potentials.

You will lead an organized, resourceful team with a deep passion for fashion and store life. We love the pace, the challenge of optimization, and the commitment to execution.
