Job summary

Zara Hong Kong is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver a high level of customer service on the sales floor, assist with showroom management and respond to inquiries with enthusiasm. You will stay abreast of the latest fashion trends to propose alternatives that suit each customer and drive sales.

The role is full-time in a fast-paced fashion environment with on-the-job training, a discretionary monthly commission, biannual bonus, and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or fast fashion preferred.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese preferred).
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about fashion and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service on the sales floor.
• Manage showroom and inquiries area to support customers.
• Ensure best service on cash desk and self-checkout for a great customer experience.
• Propose fashion alternatives to customers and drive sales.
• Maintain fitting rooms and replenish product.
• Keep the sales floor tidy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders and management.

Being a Sales Assistant in ZARA, you will be:

• Deliver a high level of customer service in the sales floor area
• Manage the showroom and enquires area to offer constant support to customers
• Ensure best customer service on cash desk and self check out area, optimal customer experience in the store
• Familiar with the product and latest fashion trends to propose all alternatives to the customers
• Promotes integrated sales, offering customers all purchase possibilities to drives sales
• Maintain the fitting rooms proper functions and replenishment of product
• Covers and keeps the sales floor tidy
• Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders and management

• Sales Assistant in retail business related working experience is preferred, experience in fast fashion is a plus
