Job summary

Swire Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager in Hong Kong to lead and develop store teams across Arena, Speedo, Cath Kidston and Repetto. You will drive sales, monitor performance, and partner with Marketing, VM and Product teams to execute launches and campaigns.

The role requires strong leadership, multi-store management experience, and a sharp commercial mindset, with a focus on achieving KPIs and delivering excellent customer service across all stores.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' retail management experience.
• Experience managing multiple stores and sizable team is a must.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to drive sales and business performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Chinese Word Processing.

Responsibilities

• Drive retail sales, productivity, and profitability to achieve business KPIs.
• Monitor store performance and implement action plans to maximize sales and operational efficiency.
• Oversee daily retail operations and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and brand standards.
• Partner with Marketing, VM and Product teams to support product launches, promotions, inventory management and seasonal campaigns.
• Provide market insights and recommendations on product assortment, pricing and customer needs.
• Lead, coach and develop Shop-in - Charge and frontline teams to build a high-performance culture.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, staff development and succession planning.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and ensure consistent brand execution across stores.
• Prepare sales and operational reports and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with shopping malls and business partners.
