Job summary

The Warehouse Teenage Club Limited is seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to lead youth and community development initiatives in art, culture and creativity in Hong Kong. The role centers on delivering the Creative ICH Student Leaders project, heritage tours, and hands-on workshops.

Qualifications

Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in cultural heritage, creative and cultural sector, NGO youth services.
Domain knowledge in community arts, placemaking, or cultural heritage preservation is an advantage.
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute youth and community development initiatives in art, culture and creativity.
Lead the Creative ICH Student Leaders project, heritage/community tours, and workshops.
Build positive relationships with young people and facilitate youth empowerment activities.
Coordinate with schools, partners, and NGOs to deliver quality programme content.
Draft funding applications, proposals, and project documentation; handle logistics.
