Job summary

A leading telecom and IT solutions provider in Hong Kong is seeking a (Senior) Technical Officer to handle Wi-Fi network installations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba, or Ruckus Wi-Fi technologies. Responsibilities include site surveys, preventive maintenance, and emergency call-out duties. The role demands strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Wi-Fi network installation.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba, or Ruckus Wi-Fi products.
• Good knowledge in Wi-Fi network and RF planning/survey tool.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Wi-Fi network installation and maintenance work.
• Conduct site survey to measure Wi-Fi signal coverage.
• Perform preventive maintenance work to ensure the Wi-Fi network is operational.
• Support on-site standby for Event service at non-office hours.
• Undertake Emergency Call Out (ECO) duty for maintenance job on a rota basis.
