Job summary

A prominent consultancy firm based in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Field Services technician. In this role, you will be responsible for network equipment installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting issues. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in IT field services, and must be fluent in English and Chinese. This position offers a salary of 20-25K HKD, a friendly working environment, and 10-15 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in IT field services.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• HKDSE, Diploma holder in Computer Science or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for network equipment installation, configuration, maintenance, and replacement.
• Troubleshoot network, system, hardware, and software issues.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and IT services in different locations.
