Green Lake Executive Search Co. Limited seeks an experienced wealth management professional to manage a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients and family offices in Hong Kong. You will act as the single point of contact for all wealth needs and drive new client acquisition to grow AUM and revenue.
You will conduct regular meetings and portfolio reviews, tailor multi-asset solutions with investment consultants, ensure strict KYC/AML compliance and maintain long-term client relationships.
Manage assigned portfolio of High‑Net‑Worth (HNW) / UHNW individual clients and family offices, act as single point‑of‑contact for all client wealth needs.
Drive new client acquisition, grow AUM,and revenue for the firm.
Conduct regular client meeting and portfolio review, understand client investment objectives, risk appetite and cross‑border wealth needs, work closely with investment consultants to deliver tailored multi‑asset wealth advisory solutions。
Maintain active client engagement via regular client meetings, market updates, portfolio reviews; build long‑term trusted client relationships.
Complete full KYC, risk‑profiling and suitability assessment for all advisory business; strictly comply with SFC regulatory rules, internal compliance and AML requirements for all client‑facing activities.
Build sales pipeline, track business KPIs, prepare client meeting notes & reporting for team management.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
Minimum 3‑7 years PWM / Private Banking / Wealth Management RM working experience in Hong Kong licensed bank or securities firm; candidate must possess proven, transferable HNW / UHNW client network with verifiable AUM track‑record.
Solid product knowledge covering global securities, fixed income, structured products, alternative assets and securities margin lending; understanding of cross‑border wealth business is preferred
Fluent in English, and Mandarin; excellent client development, communication and negotiation skills.
Deep awareness of SFC regulatory, KYC / AML and investor suitability requirements for Hong Kong wealth business, and SFC licence required
