AIA International Limited in Hong Kong invites fresh graduates and IANG/TTPS holders to join our Wealth Management Trainee program. Final-year students and new graduates are welcome; you will receive structured training and licensing exam support, with a base salary plus performance bonus.

You will develop financial planning skills, monitor markets, manage client relationships, prepare proposals, and contribute to business development.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning – understand clients' needs and provide suitable advice.
• Market Monitoring – track financial trends and policies; translate complex information into clear, practical solutions.
• Client Relationship Management – build long-term relationships through genuine communication, becoming a trusted partner rather than a salesperson.
• Proposal Preparation – draft proposals and reports that clients can easily understand.
• Business Development – explore market opportunities and participate in client development activities.
