Job summary

AIA International Limited in Hong Kong invites fresh graduates and IANG/TTPS holders to join our Wealth Management Trainee program. Final-year students and new graduates are welcome; you will receive structured training and licensing exam support, with a base salary plus performance bonus.

You will develop financial planning skills, monitor markets, manage client relationships, prepare proposals, and contribute to business development.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning – understand clients' needs and provide suitable advice.

• Proposal Preparation – draft proposals and reports that clients can easily understand.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning – Understand clients' needs and provide suitable financial planning and asset allocation advice

Market Monitoring – Track financial trends and policies; translate complex information into clear, practical solutions

Client Relationship Management – Build long-term relationships through genuine communication, becoming a trusted partner rather than a salesperson

Proposal Preparation – Draft proposals and reports that clients can easily understand

Business Development – Explore market opportunities and participate in client development activities
