Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming university graduates holding Bachelor's or Master's degrees.
• Majors in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related business fields preferred.
• Strong interest and passion in financial planning and wealth management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering high-quality financial planning and wealth management services to diverse client base.
• Gain exposure to investment analysis, portfolio construction and management, and client relationship maintenance.
• Participate in professional training programs and workshops to enhance industry knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with experienced financial advisors to learn best practices and accumulate practical client-service experience.
• Contribute to improving wealth management processes and service procedures.
• Work with colleagues to provide comprehensive after-sales services and maintain long-term client relationships.
